Users of the digital resources provided by the A&M-SA University Library via on-campus access, off-campus access, or the wireless network, agree to abide by copyright and license restrictions.
All users must respect the copyrights in works that are accessible through computers connected to the A&M-SA network. In accordance with the U.S. Copyright Law, no copyrighted work may be copied, published, disseminated, displayed, performed or played without permission of the copyright holder except in accordance with fair use or licensed agreement. This includes music, movies and all other copyrighted material.
A&M-SA may terminate the network access of users who are found to have repeatedly infringed the copyright of others.
The use of most digital resources is governed by license agreements for purposes of research, teaching and private study. Authorized users include current A&M-SA faculty, students, and staff and on-site users of A&M-SA University Library. Systematic downloading of articles or other information, sharing of articles or other information with individuals at other institutions, making content available on openly accessible servers/web sites, and using such articles or information for commercial purposes are expressly prohibited.
Misuse could result in termination of the license and loss of the use of this material by the entire A&M-SA community. In addition, users should be aware that publishers may monitor use of electronic resources to ensure that the terms of their license agreements are enforced.
