Information on pricing and payment is forthcoming and will take effect Fall 2025.
Printing from the large format printer is currently available for students, faculty, and staff for items related to academics, course requirements, and other university business.
Library staff require three (3) business days to complete each request.
Submit a print request as a properly sized PDF file. The user is responsible for submitting a file ready for printing with proper quality and resolution. The library is not responsible for the resolution and quality of the print. Failure for a user to correctly format their request is not justification for a reprint or refund.
TIP! To ensure the desired resolution for a print examine it in Adobe and zoom in. If the image is blocky when you zoom in, you should edit the picture before submitting it.
TIP! Resolution and quality may degrade when enlarging a graphic. It is best that you set up your page size before you begin drafting your image. An easy way to do this is to design a slide in PowerPoint.
PowerPoint > Design > Slide Size > Custom Slide Size.
A typical conference poster for students is 48” width x 36” height with a landscape orientation.
