Room Reservations and Library Spaces: Computer Room 202

The University Library provides a Computer Room located in room 202 for library patrons looking for a space to work individually on a computer or study.  The room features computers.

Please note: Computer Room 202 is also used to provide hands-on library instruction sessions and serves as a space to host events.  During these sessions and events, the room will be open only to students in the library instruction session or patrons attending the event.  Please check the room's usage calendar for more information and to plan ahead.  

During all other times, the room will be open throughout normal library hours of operation and is available for use on a first come, first serve basis by current A&M-San Antonio students, faculty, and staff.  Preference will be given to students.  Requests for departments wishing to reserve Computer Room 202 will be reviewed on a case by case basis and should be sent to the library’s administrative coordinator Jeanine Edralin at jeanine.edralin@tamusa.edu. Computer Room 202 is not available for student organization reservation at this time.

General Guidelines

• Food and drink are allowed in Computer Room 202; but please be respectful of others when eating and make sure you clean up your trash upon departure.
• If you experience technology issues with any of the computers, please report them to the information desk immediately.
