After appropriate reference training, Student Workers should be able to handle transactions that fall between points 1 and 3 on the READ scale. Library Specialists and Associates should be able to handle interactions falling between points 1 and 4 on the READ scale while Librarians should be able to handle interactions ranging from points 1 to 6.
