To find federal or state cases in Nexis Uni:
On the home screen go to the 'Guided Search' area under the search box. Select Cases and then select whether you want to search federal or state cases. Search by citation (i.e., 834 N.E.2d 432), the parties involved (e.g., Brown v. Board of Education) or by Topic (i.e., free speech and campus) into the search box in the "Guided Search' area.
After the search, you can narrow your results by the options on the left hand side of the page such as by date, by court, and even by most cited.
