I Need Help Troubleshooting Printing Issues

Printing in the Library and on Campus:

General Info About Printing and Scanning

Watch this short video about Printing and Scanning in the library.

Printing Allotment

Each semester, students are allotted $25 in printing credits. Printing credits do not roll over from one semester to the next; unused funds are forfeited at the end of each semester. Students must pay out of pocket for printing once their $25 is exhausted.

Adding Print Funds to your Account

Printing funds are managed by CBORD. To add print funds to your account, go to the CBORD website

Refunds

If you would like to dispute charges to get a printing credit refund, you can fill out the Print Refund Form (free copies are available at the library's information desk) and return it to ITS by emailing the helpdesk at helpdesk@tamusa.edu or dropping it off at their office in CAB 233.
