How to Report a Problem with One of the Library Resources
- Email the library to report an access problem: Please let us know if one of our library resources is not working properly.
- Use the report a broken link tool: Our library catalog has a built in tool to report a problem. Let us know about an access issue by using the report a broken link tool in the access online section of an item record in the library catalog record.
Keep in mind sometimes databases are temporarily offline due to updates or other for reasons out of our control. Check out our Databases Alerts page for known issues.
