Most library materials can be renewed online if you are an A&M-SA student, faculty, or staff. To see a list of materials you have checked out and/or items on hold, go to the library catalog and click on the Sign In link in the far top right corner of the screen. Sign in with your university username and password.
Click on My Account from the drop down menu underneath your name in the top right of the window and select the Checkout option.On your account screen, you can renew the items you have checked out by clicking on the box next to the item you want to renew and then clicking on the Renew Items button. A confirmation window will pop up. Click renew again if you would like to proceed. Your new due date will be displayed on the screen.
Please contact the library information desk if you run into any issues or if you would like to renew course reserve items, study rooms, equipment, supplies or interlibrary loan (ILL) materials.
Click on My Account from the drop down menu underneath your name in the top right of the window and select the Requested option to view any holds that you have placed. You can cancel a request by selecting the box to the left of the item and then clicking on the Cancel Requests button. Or, if you would like to edit a hold request, click on the corresponding Edit Request link in the Submitted Date column. You can also check in on the status of your hold by looking at the status column at the far right. Please contact the library information desk if you run into any issues.
